Working Principle
1.Disk Type
The magnetic coupling is a revolutionary transmission device that transmits torque through the air gap. There is no mechanical connection shaft between the motor and the load device. The rotation of the motor drives the conductor copper disk, which generates a cutting magnetic force line between two disks, causing the two disks to move relative to each other, to realize the torque transmission between the motor and the load.
2. Double Cylinder Eddy-current Type
The double-cylinder type has a conductor rotor cylinder and a magnetic rotor cylinder. The conductor rotor cylinder is connected to the motor, and the magnetic rotor cylinder is connected to the load. There is no mechanical connection between the two. When the motor rotates, the torque of the motor is transmitted to the load through the electromagnetic induction between the conductor rotor cylinder and the magnetic rotor cylinder. During installation, the coupling area between the conductor rotor cylinder and the magnetic rotor cylinder can be adjusted to change the operating torque and speed of the load, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and power consumption reduction.
3. Double Cylinder Synchronous Type
The double-cylinder synchronous Magnetic Couplings consist of two cylinders both with permanent magnetic rotors, and there is no mechanical connection between the two cylinders. When the motor rotates, the motor torque is transmitted to the load through the electromagnetic induction between the magnetic rotor cylinders and without slip.
