Working Principle
1.Disk Type
The principle of the torque transmission is the same as the coupling, and the speed-regulating mechanism is added on the basis of the coupling. The “electric actuator” is used to adjust the air gap between the conductor rotor disk and the permanent magnetic rotor disk to achieve the purposes of speed regulation and energy-saving.
2.Double Cylinder Eddy-current Type
The principle of the torque transmission is the same as the coupling, and the speed-regulating mechanism is added on the basis of the coupling. The “electric actuator” is used to adjust the coupling area between the conductor rotor cylinder and the permanent magnet rotor cylinder to achieve the purposes of speed regulation and energy saving.
3.Winding Type
The winding coil type is composed of a permanent magnetic inner rotor, winding outer rotor, and control system. By controlling the induced current in the winding, the functions of speed regulation, clutch, and soft start are realized, and the slip power is converted into electric energy to be fed back for reuse, completely solving the temperature rising problem, and being highly efficient and energy-saving.
